India’s limited-overs skipper, who turned 35 on Thursday, celebrated his birthday by not partying or cutting fancy cakes but by planting the “first and very special tree” at the farm house “Kailashpati”.
Dhoni is away from national duty as India have a busy Test season ahead. The Virat Kohli-led unit is in West Indies at the moment for the four Tests. After leading Pune in the IPL, Dhoni led the Men in Blue to series wins in T20Is and ODIs over Zimbabwe last month.
