The National Basketball League have extended their partnership with bookmaker Ladbrokes for a further two years.
The league will be collaborating with the wagering firm to produce digital content and fantasy games for both the NBL and NBA.
“Our focus has been to offer NBL fans in Australia the same type of engagement opportunities that the NBA offers their fans in the USA, and we have made significant steps towards that in a short space of time and will continue to do so in the future,” said NBL Executive Director Larry Kestelman.
NBL General Manager, Jeremy Loeliger, added. “Ladbrokes’ decision is demonstrative of the organisation’s belief in the direction being taken by the NBL.
“We are very much looking forward to working with their talented and innovative team over the next two years to develop all kinds of interesting offerings to fans, while also upholding the integrity of the league with the support and insight of the best in the business.”
